Jim’s Main Issues

We had a great showing!! I am very thankful for all the votes. We set a standard for finance reform in US congressional campaigns in NC. I said from the start it would be an insult to the hurting people to spend the “norm” tens of thousands on campaigns. We were out spent 150 to 1, and we came so close! I will keep fighting and we will continue. God bless everyone! Jim Allen

• Get back to Government Of the People For the People and By the People

  Our leaders are acting like what they are… Greedy self serving over lords. The average net worth of Congressmen has increased by a half million dollars since 1984. Our average net worth has decreased by one hundred dollars since 1984! Its time they understand that Country means “We the People”- I will fight for us ALL. If you are upset about the current situation in Washington then I’m the guy. I will fight for the people, no matter your color, economic situation, or status. It’s time we elect leaders that will fight for us ALL. This seems to have been lost to us for many years now. I will place everyone over politics, diplomacy, and party. He who serves his country best (we the people) serves his party best. They argue over many issues everyday, I will argue over us and our best interest!

• Conservative Values

  Its high time we Stop talking Reagan and start acting Reagan. I will act! Billions upon Billions thrown in the garbage can with little thought to the tax payers. And now that we are broke they just print the money! I will vote for spending cuts and lower tax’s. I will also vote for less government intervention in our lives, the way the Constitution was put forth for us. I will follow the constitution and protect our rights to bear arms, free speech, property, and will fight to overturn articles 1020 and 1021 in the NDAA signed by Obama. The cancer in politics has to be finished once and for all. I will by no means be a normal congressman, I will be the biggest voice in the House for us all. 

• Jobs Growth Plan 

  I will fight for and co-sponsor  job bills and fight for fair play for our workers. Our party has written many bills that have been killed by the liberals. I will  sponsor a buy NC and Made in America program. We need to bring loyalty to our workers BACK HOME! We have to stop promoting foreign products with our tax dollars. We can no longer allow the federal government to sell out American workers.

• End ObamaCare

  Need I say more? There are options we have to consider such as tax deductions for doctors who donate medical services. We do not have a health care problem, we have an insurance problem. Letting ALL medical insurance companies compete across state lines will greatly reduce the cost of insurance, along with tort reform. We have to end obamacare, and explore all cost effective options. Those who know me know I have been in poverty, I have seen it all. I can tell you from a first hand perspective Obamacare will not work, it will further damage our already down economy. Obamacare is simply NOT about the people, it’s about control.

• Support for Veterans

  So often our veterans are falling through the cracks. This should shame every politician in Washington. How can we ask people to serve and protect us then leave them out to dry? I will co-sponsor proposed bills to help our veterans. And I WILL serve them!

• Superior Constituent Services

  Our Congress men and women seem to place more value on a passport issue than  life or death situations. If elected you will never get the normal reply, “there is nothing we can do.” There is always something that can be done. I will go the distance every single time for our elderly, children, and veterans. I will place people over politics! My goal will be simple… “best constituent services in all of congress.”

• Protect Christian Values

  We are losing our rights as Christian’s daily. I will fight to keep and regain our rights. Something is dead wrong when one cant say Christ without being blasted. But curse against Christian heritage or practice and be praised. Its time we unite! We have lost right after right! We have lost so much due to radical positions and the way we are portrayed!! We as Christians have to remember our tolerance to others. We will win back our values and heritage with good clean debate! I will be a strong voice for Christian rights while being mindful of others. Also as a Christian and the father of an abducted child I will fight hard for abducted children, missing persons, and human trafficking. These are issues every Christian should stand against and work to stop.

• Common Sense Spending Cuts and Lower Taxes

  We have spent over 1.6 billion dollars for free cell phones! The Obama phone has to go! These phones are manufactured in China and Japan. This is classic Washington waste with our dollars. There are many other issues of waste that I will expose and stop. We are killing our country with foreign aid programs that are corrupt. They get by with so much because Congress has failed to let we the people know what they are doing with our money. I will be the biggest voice in Congress!

• Stop Unfair Trade

  Washington just signed free trade deals with Colombia, Panama, and South Korea. These deals are not so free for “We the People” I will fight to protect our manufacturing jobs! AND ALL OUR JOBS! Free trade does NOT mean unfair trade.

• Supports The Fair Tax Act

  I will co-sponsor the Fair Tax act on day one. A national sales tax to replace income tax. This is the most fair, transparent tax plan in committee to date.
  
  
  Explore all your options and do something we are not told to do much any more, go with your heart. I would encourage all Republicans to contact party leadership and members of the Fourth district in your process to decide for 2012, not to be told how to vote but as part of your information to reach a good decision.  Thank you all so much and God Bless.
